Interview
Straight to back and forth questions without delay. Interviewer was the managing partner who admitted to not having technical knowledge to answer technical questions but wanted to do a two way personality examination. Interview was over MS Teams expected to be 30 to 60 minutes. Interview lasted 24 minutes before worker declined position based on ultra low wages.

Question 1
Interviewer: Tell me why you can't seem to find an employer home and are looking right now for a job?
Interviewer: You know MSPs are a fast placed workplace and one day is not the same from the next. I am sure of that looking at your resume that is. And I personally know all your previous bosses. Why continue to work in MSPs?
Worker: What percentage of the team has personal commitments outside the workplace and how flexible is the organization in allowing employees to make such commitments? (Work Life Balance)
Worker: Wow! Okay no overtime pay. So given the industry, I understand this role may call for a fluctuating work week. Can you tell me how many late nights and weekends you have worked in the past 3 months?
Worker: How long have you been in the organization and how many job titles have you held? (Thought the interviewer was Human Resources up to this point).
