Recruitment process consisted of two rounds. One was HR and the other one was to test my communication skills where I was asked to act like a sales executive and sell a product to the interviewer.

It was easy and no that difficult. We just need to be well prepared with our resume and be confident while answering. There will be 2 rounds of interview which will be taken

The process was consists of 3 steps i.e. 2 technical, 1HR round. Technical round consists of testing your thinking ability and coding skills. HR round consists of testing your knowledge about the company.

My profile in interview process through a refferal. Interview process seems to be of almost 5 rounds 1st interviewer was basic q&a kind of round or you can call it more of formality round 2nd round of interview was good,but funny part is panel didn't make note of discussion or didn't update it on ATS. Next round was scheduled almost after 12 days for in person and funny part is person who took 2nd interview call me to recall her feedback and rewrite it 3rd interviewer seemed to had already came with pre determined mindset not to hire . Interviewer didn't show courtesy, empathy or respect for different thoughts/perspective 4th round with engineering person is getting rescheduled continuously for last 3 weeks Person coordinating this interview doesn't show empathy or basic courtesy to call and speak to candidate I had worst experience of my being TA myself,i will never ever give such experience to candidate. What you expect from others when the human resource folks only behave such irresponsible way.

Had two round of interview and both on JS and React. After second round they told me that I have not worked on micro frontend architecture so they are not considering my profile. Though I have not worked on micro frontend architecture but I have a proper knowledge of how it works and can totally work on it. So if the requirement was particularly for micro frontend architecture then they would have asked in the first rounfd itself and should have mentioned in the JD. Also by just asking about micro-frontend how they will get to know if anyone has relevant experience or not. I could have lied about working on micro-frontend and they would have not known. The interviewer and hiring manager have very small mindset and that's why they give such silly reasons despite of giving very good interview. Such a waste of time.

I had a positive experience with three technical rounds and one round with the hiring manager, but the HRBP round felt strange. It was conducted by an HRBP rather than the hiring manager, and they informed me upfront that the company has a hiring and firing culture, and asked if I had researched this online. Although the HRBP spoke positively about the company, it was still a strange experience given that I had passed the technical rounds and had not yet spoken with the hiring manager. I feel like my time was wasted. Esp. considering that recruiter was initially pushing me to complete this faster and within a 3/4 days.

HR round->Technical Round->HR round I reached them through one of their linkedin hiring post after that I had a conversation with the HR on a call somewhat like a intro after that there was a technical round following the hr round.

Google form followed up by 3 rounds of interview One was a pitch demonstration, one was technical interview and last was HR interview. The overall process was simple and straightforward

There were two interview plus HR round, they take time to respond and doesnot have uniformity in compensation so please ask properly about everything in advance and also constantly follow up with the HR for ypur offer and your base location
