First thing when I arrived there was already a red flag, a standardized aptitude test for reading and comprehension that took 1 1/2 hours. Was not told the interview process would take 3 hours. They do not have part time positions for this job, so I had to decline the offer. Understaffed and part time employees would definitely help with this
