The interview process was organised and relatively quick -- 4 stages total that were explained to me in detail, including telling me well in advance any prep work that was necessary for a task as part of the hiring process.
The task was to put together a very brief presentation on what benefits and perks are popular within the Blockchain industry and that I think Clearmatics should implement -- some of which have been implemented since as part of a company-wide effort to better support members of the team and their physical and mental well-being.
At each stage, the people I interviewed with were relevant to the role itself. They were friendly, professional, and easy to speak to. They answered my questions thoroughly and honestly, including regarding any challenges that would come with the role. How they presented themselves in each interview is exactly how they are as coworkers.
I had a very positive interviewing experience which strongly contributed to me ultimately accepting an offer from Clearmatics. I had two other offers from tech companies in London, but I felt most aligned with Clearmatics' work culture, their values, and felt they could best support my professional growth.
