Got a mail stating I've been shortlisted for the position followed by phone screening and an on-site panel interview. Questions were about past work experience, the motivation behind joining the organization, and general competency-based questions.

Interview
The interview was about 40 minutes long. They mainly asked me about my knowledge, my experience and what lead me to apply. I had the the a manager, a head and someone from HR. I thought I got the job but they ghosted me. I even sent an email as they had promised that either way they would come back.
