I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in May 2013
Interview
2 interviews, very nice people. A few questions that they thought were tricky, but I did not over-sell myself on my resume. I expanded on the software used, and provided suggestions to improve workflow. This seemed to impress the immediate supervisor and his boss.
Easy. Recruiter works with you to set up interview on schedule. Very happy. No otjer feedback. Met with multiple people - peers, directors and other caregivers. Conversation based and casual. On. camera.
Typical process, good interviewers and went quickly. They give clear explanations of job requirements and the culture. Give you a chance to meet co-workers and managers as part of the process
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Application was for the innovations department. 6 rounds including a panel, a lengthy research case study that took about 10 hours, a meeting meeting with the MD, and other 1 on 1 interviews, all after the screener. Process took 4 months. Frustratingly slow to respond and all updates required effort to hear back. Didn’t help that HR got shuffled midway through process and I was not informed at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were repetitive interviews that were fairly straightforward/ tell me about yourself (over and over). Case study required extensive research online to look up details about the market of a medical procedure.
