After the initial short interview with the recruiter online, I got an in-person interview invitation from the PI. And then, a few weeks after the in-person interview with the PI and the lab, I got the offer.

Automated video interview first to evaluate proficiency. Then interview with actual person after the evaluation is submitted. The automated video interview was a bit confusing but I understand why it is necessary.

Fast, easy and someone basically a recruiter comes and then if she likes you sends you to hiring manager, but they are very slow and disorganized so I would say it’s alright

It was great!! Calm environment, welcoming staff, answered all of my questions. I was able to tour the unit, see where everything was located and ask questions pertaining to work flow.

Submitted resume. Spoke to the recruiter a week later. Easy process. Phone call with the recruiter went well, or so I thought. Recruiter said that all went well and next step the hiring manager will be calling in "2-3 days". A week later, no response and I get an automated email saying that recruiters have reviewed your application and have decided to pursue other candidates. Didn't hear back from the recruiter after requesting more info. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
