Interview
Interview process is extensive. First it's the online application, phone/online interview, test on site, interview with hr, then interview with nurse manager. You can go through the entire process and still not get hired. The job is not officially yours until you receive an offer. They also require drug testing, physical agility testing, sizing for respirator mask, physical exam, and 2 week training before being placed on the floor.

Most questions were the typical difficult questions and a lot of scenario questions such as, tell me about a time when.....? And how did you handle it?
I thankfully didn’t get lost. They gave you a validation for parking. It wasn’t what I expected and everyone was very nice. The person who interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk too!

The interview was Over the phone I’m guessing it’s the first interview I have another interview with actual employment opportunities with the mangers of Cleveland clinic I’m very eager to do this interview and succeed with this process
Typical interview, was asked about my resume and experience. I was asked about situations I have experienced and how I handled it. It was one on one and they were very pleasant. I heard back very quickly.
