I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Click Dealer (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I was approached by recruitment firm, then had a phone interview with the company. After that I was given a take home task. After that there was another interview with engineers for review and then offer was made. Overall the interview process was very engaging and really enjoyed discussion.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Click Dealer in Feb 2025
Interview
Had a simple get-to-know me interview. My interviewers were great at communication. They explained the role properly and told me everything I needed to know about the company.
Also, they asked great questions, mostly related to my experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Click Dealer (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
I had a generally positive experience interviewing for the SEM Executive role at Click Dealer. The process was straightforward and well-organised, involving a standard interview covering technical skills and personal experiences. The team was friendly and approachable, and I received a decision quickly, which I appreciated.
However, I felt there was some inconsistency in expectations. The role requires a combination of SEO and PPC experience that’s quite difficult to obtain early in a career. Yet, the salary and job description suggested an entry-level position. It seemed contradictory to interview me, knowing my experience, and then cite a lack of it as the reason for rejection.
Overall, the process was transparent, and the company seems well-organised, but clearer role expectations and alignment with candidate profiles could improve the experience.
