Interview
Very friendly, clear expectations throughout. Everyone communicated what the job was going to be like and was very true. The group panel was as expected. Overall recommend any friend to join.

Be prepared to talk about the company and give a presentation, talk about your experience. Be prepared with stories about previous sales cycles and how you lead the technical sale. Be prepared to talk about what changes or best practices you would bring.

Interview
Two telephone interviews, one with line manager and one with a senior manager. Discussing background, experience and expectations. All very friendly and open.
Major interview happened in the UK office. I had one week to prepare a presentation covering the ClickSoftware solution, the value. I had to present this acting like in a real presales situation. My recommendation is to check the corporate website very well to make it successful.
Response after the last presentation took quire some while.
