1st Stage was behaviourial/technical based on CV, so tell us about a time that you delivered a difficult project, how would you do things differently etc. How do you deal with project ambiguity etc.
2nd Stage - Pair Programming - Full Stack Repo, get data from back end application and display it on the front end. Fairly straight forward
3rd Stage - Culture fit interview with CEO and People
All in all very good interview process, culture shone throughout and feels like a fantastic company to work for.
