Relatively standard interview process, screening call with the hiring manager and then a panel interview which included a presentation and creating a product launch GTM plan. Interviews were fine but despite promises of feedback, I never heard back. After 2 weeks, I followed up and was told they still had candidates interviewing but would give me feedback by EOW but again was ghosted

A phone call with the talent acquisition manager. They asked me regular questions about my background, my current situation, and a specific product I worked on (related to the experience they were looking for). The talent manager told me I would continue in the process, but then they never contacted me again. I sent a couple of follow-up emails but nobody answered.
