La entrevista inicial con RH parecía prometedora, se me solicitó realizar un "code challenge" con n puntos a cubrir para poder ser evaluado.
Al realizar y enviar este mismo tuve nula respuesta por parte del personal por más de 1 semana! Aún cuando mandaba mensajes para solicitar el estado del proceso o feedback alguno.
Después de mucho tiempo recibí una respuesta negativa y me di cuenta de lo siguiente:
1.- No se apegan a sus solicitudes o especificaciones dadas en el challenge.
2.- No revisan correctamente el código o el personal que lo revisa no está lo suficientemente capacitado para hacerlo, lo que demuestra una baja calidad de ingenieros dentro de clip.
El proceso fue lento y horrible. Como Ingeniero de software es la primera empresa a la que doy gracias no me contraten ya que desde la entrevista demuestran la falta de educación de sus empleados.
