Long interview process spreaded over weeks. Hiring recruiters dont have collabprstion between them so you have to chase them for the feedback. Technical rounds: They expect you to make a framework for the small assignmeny they give. Interviewers are not open to feedback and always blow their own horn. They will advice you to read books, articles, etc unnecesaarily to show off that they know better than you . Your experience doesnt matter to them, you will be judged only on you or the short assignment work that you worked on. Managers have arrogant attitude, even if you do better you would be criticized unnecessarily, just to show off that they know better. Keep away from this company if you dont want to waste your time.
