      Got through whole process rather quickly with positive feedback along the way. I had final interview with CEO. He was very odd. Claimed he basically has a psychology degree and could read people. He was more than obsessed with finding particular people to fit with his current small team, but all over a 30 minute video interview where he talked most the time. Maybe that's why the company is lacking in employees and customer satisfaction. When asked to provide feedback on me since I invested so much time in 4 interviews, mock customer call, and a take home project I got ::crickets:: In the end it made me realize I wouldn't want to work with that type of team and company ran that way.

      The interview process reflects what is described on their website. 4 Interviews overall and one take-home project. I felt comfortable and most of the time the conversation looked like an informal chat. I was given the time and space to ask questions myself.

      Interviews and prepping for interviews takes a lot of time, and when a employer does not bother to give feedback after an interview I think it's really bad form. My email requesting feedback was ignored. I did not like this approach and I think it says a lot about a company.

I enjoyed the process because it allowed me to learn about the product and met various members of the team. The process was- 1. Intro/Background Call 2. Take Home Project 3. Mock Call 4. People Ops Call 5. Final Call with CEO 6. Reference Checks
