Interview
I had one interview with them after application. Lasted 15 minutes. As one may guess the only thing the HR was interested in was the number, nothing else. Now 6 weeks passed since that interview and apparently they are “still looking at the candidates”. I do not recommend anyone interviewing with this company to disclose your personal information about your current compensation. I have the impression they are just doing a market research pretending to have a role open.
Smooth interview process with the HR and then with the CEO. Started from realistic expectations and company culture to a technical interview with the CEO. Easy paperwork and seamless onboarding through asana.

Interview
After send an application I was invited to a video call.
The interview was not one of the classical HR interviews instead it was an absolutely open and honest discussion about career goals and previous experience.
The interviewer took me as a canidate extrem seriously and he met on an equal level which made me feel really comfortable during the conversation.
