1. Behavioural interview – discussing past experiences and asking what I know about the company.
2. Coding interview – some basic multiple-choice coding questions and a recursion question.

It was a pretty smooth process, and everyone was very kind. There were no trick questions. Be yourself, and they will treat you accordingly. They were very prompt in getting back to me. Meeting with the CEO can be tricky for what he is looking for.

Interview
2 in person rounds, 3 business hours lost for them as 3 people interviewed me and quite honestly was all a fuss.
They probably aren't serious about hiring or don't understand what it takes to deliver a fabulous candidate experience. I was called into the office and spoke to the founders only to be eventually ghosted. They never responded to emails nor did they care enough to just thank me for coming down to meet them.
In today's world, where this is an employers market, they might be able to still get away with this notorious behavior but tables will soon turn. The market will change and become employees market when I think they will feel the pinch.
