At first I had a informal one-on-one with the hiring manager. We had a great chat and scheduled a formal interview with her and the co-founders. The first interview was with the hiring manager and the office manager. We had a great interview and talked about my work. Then I had an interview with the co-founders. They told me "forget what you just talked about, do it again with us". So I had to go over it again, all my portfolio, my history, etc. They were dismissive of most of it, rude in many parts, and straight up disinterested in the whole process. If I talked about how I knew Angular, they would say how they use Ember and how much better it is. A link in my portfolio was going to a site that was having CNAME issues, and they kept point out how something is wrong. It had to be one of the dumbest experiences I had professionally. Waste of my time.
After all that, I never even heard from them to say I didn't get the job. I only found out because a friend of my got it, and they had updated their facebook status.
