The staff are very nice and professional. Laura is so personable but the job is not at all what they post. No matter what the job posting is for, the only jobs they offer are door to door sales with campaigns. Right now it is AT&T. They train you and want you to be a "manager" of your own sales team in about 6 months. They pay for your first week or two of training at $700 a week and then you are on commission only. They do not offer any customer service roles, only sales. The jobs are never actually filled as they continue to hire and hire. Could be a great opportunity if you are actually looking for a 9-7 M-F (Saturdays if needed for goals) door to door sales opportunity. Being up front about the actual job before the second round of the interview would lead to Coastal Atlantic converting more interviews to staff and not just wasting 2-3 hours of everyone's time, their staff included.

Someone sent me an email showing interest from my application. Following that, I heard from HR over the phone. (Which was good because I didn't remember which position I had applied to!) She asked to set up an interview, and gave me some info about the interview and company In general. Once I got to the office, I waited for another appointment to finish, but the lady at the desk was very nice and pleasant to chat with. Inside the interview, he was really professional and I sure was nervous! But his explanation of the position was very detailed and his passion for sales and marketing had me excited and wanting to do more, to be honest! I have a second- round interview at the end of the week!
