Two online assessments.
Customer service skills and your ability of logical thinking.
Both have time limits.
First includes voice records, when you can hear situation by yourself before choosing answer, that you think - -will be correct.

Question 1
First - Just about customer service.(ex:What will you do, if customer not happy with a service.)
Absolutely not IT related, and at this point i wanted just to close browser, cause what a point? around 20 questions with time limit.
Second - about logic. Also absolutely non it-related, but now it was very unusual and interesting. questions were like "choose two statements, that together approves sentence in question."
around 20 questions with time limit 4-5 min per question. Time resets after each answer. So you have no like 20 minutes for test. you have 4 minutes for every single question.
