Interview
I reached out to Cobalt initially, and heard back later via email from HR. I was scheduled the visit, but that was cancelled by HR. A few weeks later, I got an email from HR rescheduling the visit. When I arrived at the specified time, my contact from HR who I was supposed to meet wasn't even at work for the day. I was told to wait until some other employee could show me around.
The visit/interview went well after that. A few weeks later I given an offer by HR via email. When asked about pay I responded with a request for the average US wage for the industry and work that they do. They told me they were only able to pay significantly less than that, and to let them know if I still wanted the job.
