Interview
I became weary of this company after reading the reviews on here but assumed this was just a few bad experiences. Turns out I should have listened. This process took over a month with multiple phone screenings, a technical test, and a "half day" at the company. Throughout the process communications were constantly delayed. Initially I was told it would take about two weeks from first interview to offer. The total process took over five weeks. After the final round, I reached out multiple times via email and phone as these deadlines came and went, with no response on their end. About a week later I received a generic rejection. They are a young group of smart guys but completely lack the knowledge of how to run a company and it shows. It is a very poorly run process and my advice is do not waste your time applying. It is clear they do not value candidates time and that attitude likely transitions to employees as well.

Interview
I had a 30 minute conversation with an engineer. No technical question, no follow up. I think I dodged a bullet reading the reviews of how they treat some of their employees at the company.
