Interview
I was contacted by phone the day before to make sure I would be available to interview the next day. The woman who contacted me was the one who conducted the interview the following day.
She asked basic personality questions and asked that I respond in the STAR format. I thought the interview went very well, but I was contacted three days later and told they weren't pursuing my application.
She was very insistent on what "I" did on my group projects, not what the team did. She was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the company and giving me feedback when she required more for a particular interview question.
