I applied online. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Consolidated (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2022
Interviewed twice once over the phone and once in person. It took 3 weeks to get hired on. Job was super easy and not hard at all. Most managers are super nice and kind and will ask if you need assistance.
- I was asked where do I see myself in the next 5 years.

The interview process was great, both with HR manager and the hiring manager. Very nice people, super professional, intelligent, humble, honest, friendly. I enjoyed so much. I look forward to be employed by this amazing company.

Short very one sided. They would make snickers sounds if didn't like your answer. And judges you as soon as you walk in the door. Wanted to keep females in "female" roles. Was told this when interviewed for a different position

Lots of testing, took an entire afternoon to complete. The interview was with a corporate recruiter, then HR Director and GM Director. This was remote interviews over the phone. I would recommend scaling back on the testing.
- Testing was longer than interview

Good question that they asked and good at explaining the job. They answered all the questions that I asked. Min 8 hour shift it could be longer or shorter shifts.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Consolidated (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2023
I had a phone screening with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager for the position, and finally a panel interview with a few team members relevant to the position I was interviewing for. Ultimately, I was not chosen for the role. However, my interview experience with CCC was everything that I could have asked for. The interviews and phone screenings were concise and professional. Matt Kaplan was the recruiter that I worked with and he was incredible. Throughout the entire process he was communicative, friendly, and provided me with valuable feedback and insights both during and after the process. Although I was not offered the position with CCC, I would recommend this company to anybody seeking employment.
- Do you have experience using project management software?
- How do you prioritize projects to ensure you are meeting deadlines?

Quick phone call Interview and then a panel interview. They ask like a million behavioral interview questions and there's like 7 people on the panel. You also have to give a presentation on yourself and why you want the job in the beginning. They weren't the most welcoming.
- Tell me about a time when you were face with a difficult challenge?

The recruiter called me on Friday, and I wasn't able to get to the phone in time. I called back three times on Monday, and sent her a text because I was really interested in the position. She finally texts me back on Tuesday to schedule a phone call for 3PM which she was late for. We spoke briefly for about 15 minutes, mostly about my experience. She sounded bothered throughout the call, and I felt like she only called me to hit a metric. I knew I wasn't going to get much further in the process which was fine because I don't want to be a part of an organization that doesn't try to make potential candidates feel welcomed right from the start. I wouldn't apply again.
- Tell me about yourself. How many job reqs are you currently working on right now?

Interview, call back, and then background screening. Then you train on days for a couple of weeks before they let you operate the machines. Then you go to the shift that you applied for.
- HR related questions, situational questions

Questions include "how are you" and I said something along "I'm fine thank you". I'm usually bad with these types of questions so I'm not really sure what to say , even on a day to day basis
