Lots of behavioural questions and more so about your experiences and how you go about solving issues that arise. They wanted to understand more about the candidate as a person and how they approach problem solving and working in a team dynamic. They were more focused on your ability to be a person who can learn and grow in the role than strictly someone who has practiced a lot of coding problems through leetcode.

Interview
They communicated effectively throughout the process and answered any questions I had. It was a 3-4 step interview process. HR > Engineering Manager > Technical > Meeting with higher ups

Interview
The interview process took a little bit over 4 weeks, for unrelated reasons... The whole process was very enjoyable! Everyone was very kind and welcoming! The technical part was not overwhelming like other company can be!
