Code & Pepper interview questions

The technical interview itself was very positive and constructive. The coding task was stopped early with the comment that my experience was clearly visible, and the discussion continued as a deep technical conversation for over an hour. However, the final feedback I received was completely inconsistent with the actual interview. It stated that I required significant guidance and that my answers were too generic, which did not reflect the conversation at all. No additional clarification was provided, and the same role was re-published shortly after. The decision itself is, of course, understandable - but the lack of transparent and accurate feedback makes the process feel unreliable and not respectful of the candidate’s time.
