I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Codewave in May 2026
Interview
3 rounds process was pretty good
1st round-- tech interview
2nd round-- they gave an assignment to complete
3rd round-- core discussion on assignment, situation-based questions.
only thing thats concerning is they reschedule interviews a lot, mine was done 3 times. Be careful they waste a lot of time in assignment n all and its not worth it.
even you tell them your salary expectation beforehand the first round, they quote less than that after clearing all rounds.
for me they were giving 6LPA.. Bangalore location and the work will include "project manager +scrum master + product owner". I feel it was such a waste of time interviewing with this company. Also, the company is full of micromanagement.

Interview
I recently interviewed for a Product Owner role, and it was one of the smoothest interview processes I’ve experienced.
The panel was very understanding and professional throughout the process. The HR team was quick and responsive regarding interview scheduling and feedback communication.
Overall, it was a well-structured and transparent interview experience.

Interview
The interview process was a seamless and well-structured progression that logically validated different layers of engineering expertise, moving from the microscopic to the macroscopic. It began with a rigorous examination of JavaScript fundamentals, ensuring a mastery of the core language mechanics beyond just framework usage. This naturally transitioned into a domain-specific round focused on Node.js and MongoDB, which tested practical backend application, data modeling, and asynchronous handling. The experience culminated in a dedicated Architecture round, which was the defining moment of the process; by shifting the conversation to system design, scalability, and high-level trade-offs, it allowed me to demonstrate the strategic mindset of a senior engineer. The clarity and flow of these rounds not only highlighted my technical readiness but also signaled that the company possesses a mature and organized engineering culture.
