Codigames interview questions

I made an interview by Skype where he told me to make technical test. I did it, he told me he would reply me back in 2 weeks maximum, and much later, like a month, i had no any news from him, i sent him a message and we had a Skype meeting to talk about the test, he agreed i mastered Unity, he told me literally "i was a like fish in water" using Unity, but told me i was discarded as senior Unity developer cause organization and responsabilities reasons, which he didn't specify what meant with that, he told me he could pay me like 20k year gross euros, which was like a insult treating me like Junior when i did the test perfectly well, maybe that is the maximum he can afford for any position.
