1. Application & Screening Submit application — resume, cover letter, portfolio (if needed) HR screening — recruiter or HR reviews your application for minimum requirements 2. 3 Step Interview Process, First interview was discussed about your experience and capabilities. A design test was given as second interview process. And Walking through the design test and explain rationals about why you make certain and how as third interview process. That's about it.
