The management of the company follows a very scientific approach and unbiased process of selecting the candidates. Selection is done purely on the basis of merit of the candidate and talent he possesses.
For selecting the best available candidates, the Management visits some top-notch engineering colleges to pick up best of the best intellectuals.
To name a few of the colleges the Management has visited for campus interview are as follows:

2. VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology)
3. RMK College of Engineering
Apart from campus recruitments, candidates are also recruited from various job portals such as Naukri.com, and Monster.com

Lame people, lame process. Just know how to cheat and there you have it. They do not have face to face interview and only you should know how to code. Google is allowed so there's nothing more that you can ask. look at google and get your answers.

You can find a lot of fake posts posted my management to hide their incompetency. The company started in February 2013 and people are getting interviewed from 2011 itself. What a joke?
They've been to 2 colleges till now to spoil life and careers of people. I just wish people don't fall into their trap because they are monsters.

Interview
After initial screening of the candidates, shortlisted candidates are asked to take a coding test in the first round, wherein their knowledge on different coding languages is put to test.
In the second round, the candidates are involved in a live project to test how they approach logically to solve a real time issue.
Once the candidates are through with the above-mentioned two rounds, then they have a final round with the HR. The candidates are subjected to some psychological questions to understand their perceptions, and mindsets. Once he clears the HR round, the candidate is considered to be selected and offered the job.
