Cofertility interview questions

The interview process took 1 month. After final interview, there's no response from hiring manager / recruiter even with follow up. The basically ghosts candidates after with no updates or rejections.

I was asked to complete an assessment as the “first step” before ever speaking to a human to interview and determine if the job might be a fit or the compensation was within an appropriate range to be worth the time spent completing an assignment.
