CogX interview questions

Very toxic environment. I am not sure who all works there because everyone referenced during the interview left before I even started interviewing. Too many incomplete responses and blame on previous employees or current employees during my interview process.

I interviewed for the job, which included a phone call and a short task. I was asked if I could start as early as the next Monday. I therefore assumed I would find out if I got the job rather quickly. However, I didn't hear back for more than a week and when I chased them up I got back a slightly irritated message saying that they hadn't decided. 3 weeks on, I received a very brief email saying that the role hadn't been approved by the CEO so I, and indeed no one else, would be getting it. Definitely a very chaotic start-up that probably would benefit from taking on more people...
