Unfortunately, the interview process felt quite lengthy and wasn't as efficient as I'd hoped. While the online format was convenient, the overall experience wasn't as positive as it could have been. I believe clear communication is essential in any interview. Ideally, the focus should be on a two-way exchange to assess the suitability of the role. In this case, some of the questions delved into personal areas that weren't directly relevant to the position. This, along with some assumptions made about my background, left me feeling a little uncomfortable. I understand that interviews can be nerve-wracking for both parties, but a more structured approach that focuses on the job requirements would have been preferable. Hope you all can change or teach your operations manager to learn basic manners.
