Cogita Education Initiatives interview questions

this is the first interview of the two-round interviews. I was interviewed by the hr intern. I was asked questions of my knowledge/understanding about cogita and how my past experience could contribute to cogita's product development. I was asked to write a short perspective piece on a topic relevant to cogita's working philosophy (which is student empowerment and global citizenship development) after the interview.
