Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and received an email the next day to arrange for an initial interview with HR. We had the call about a week later. These questions were very general, asking about my background, if I had any questions about the company. A couple of days later, I received another email to set up a second interview, this time with the potential boss for the position. Interviewer mostly discussed about the specifics of the position and what sort of expectations they had for the position. After the call, I was told I would be contacted for further information. It has been about 6 weeks and no further contact. The position is still available online, and with over 60 applications per LinkedIn, I think they a) don't know what they want in a candidate or b) have unnatural expectations.

Interview
Had a phone interview with someone from Human Resources. Overall the conversation went well and was mostly about my past experience and why I was interested in the position. At the end I was told they would pass on my information and set up an interview with the hiring manager, but received an e-mail the next day saying the hiring manager was being very strict about experience (the “and/or” experience listed in the job posting should have just been “and”). Overall it was a positive experience even if I did not move forward in the process.
