Cognigen interview questions

It was a phone interview, very brief. The director told me they were recruiting a web developer who had PHP and JavaScript skills and asked me if I was intereted in. But on the job description, the position was clinical data programmer who had R or SAS skills, and there was nothing about web developing. This is really very disrespect for job seekers and a waste of time.
