There was one initial screening interview, which was great and the person interviewing me was lovely. The second interview was a more informal chat with the person who would have been the direct supervisor, and I thought it couldn’t have gone better. But after essentially stringing me along for weeks with “We filled this role internally, but we’d love to create a role for you on the team”, I was completely ghosted. I sent two very brief, polite emails to follow up and was met with radio silence. Incredibly unprofessional.

Interview
It was a really easy going interview. Everyone was very casual and friendly. It was a panel style with two others and then the president came in afterwards for a one on one. It was not intimidating whatsoever which was refreshing.
