Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants interview questions

1) Recruiter/Trusted Advisor contacted me for position and first interview; 2) Accounting Software skills assessment; 3) This Consultant conducted a second interview for technical accounting matters; 4) Company interview started late, saw the previous candidate leaving, met with 4 different people, last with the owners. One owner tried discussing technical accounting matters and had no idea what she was stating.
