No phone interview, came straight in for an in person interview with one of the senior developers. Very casual experience. The guy was very nice and showed me around the entire office, explaining the company. Questions were about algorithmic stuff, data structures, big-O, and a lot of comparing different languages. Finished with a live-coding section where he sat behind me and watched me write code to do basic stuff. Pretty nerve-wracking since he was looking over my shoulder, but I guess a decent way to make sure I can actually write code.
