Coherent Solutions Senior Java Developer interview questions

The technical interview lasted around 2 hours, which is quite long, but we managed to cover a lot of ground, including a live coding task (LeetCode easy level), as well as topics like Java, Microservices, Databases, and Spring. The questions were not just theoretical; they required real understanding and problem-solving - for example, how you would build a Spring container from scratch. I really appreciated that it wasn’t about memorized answers but about reasoning and design thinking. Overall, it was a positive experience. The interviewer was professional, friendly, and ready to help if something wasn’t clear. It didn’t feel like an exam or interrogation - more like a technical discussion with a future teammate, which is awesome.
