Call with a recruiter where she described some basics about the roles I was interviewing with. I received a detailed follow up email containing a list of several topics that would be covered in the follow up interview. I had an interview with a Security Architec. They read a few very basic questions from a list that had no relation to the topics that the recruiter mentioned. The follow on interview was described as "conversational". The interviewer didn't seem to know what role I was interviewing for and seemed to be reading off of a script. Despite it being conversational, the interviewer only seemed to be asking questions from a pre-supplied list and it did not feel like a conversation at all.
