The placement process at Colence consist of following rounds  Resume based short listing  Written Round  Telephonic interview/GD  Face to face interview There are two rounds of HR interview. The first round is generally of 25 minutes. Following are some questions asked to me:  Tell me about yourself.  You were heading a sales transaction with one of Colence's loyal clients. He urgently needed a product A for shoe manufacturing at his end. You committed to deliver the product in 2 days. However, the very next day the machinery broke down. How would you handle such a situation?  Suppose this is your product you have to sell, show me a how you would sell the product Following are some questions asked to me in second round of interview.  Tell me about your weaknesses and strengths  Describe about your projects and courses that you have done.
