Kurze Vorstellung der Gesprächspartner, durchgehen des Lebenslaufs, Beschreibung der vergangene Erfahrungen, Beschreibung der Position und Fragen zum Personal Fit und den Vorgesetzten. Danach war noch Raum für Fragen des Kandidaten.
Interview process was three steps, had HR phone call and then with hiring manager and another team colleague, last final interview in person at the office - office is nice clean and has a great view, people friendly
HR and then marketing director and then GM. Commercial and soft skills focused. A sales org where commercial savviness is about putting products on the shelf and generate revenue (top-line). Focus on sales even if you are a marketeer.
