Colibri Group interview questions

I first spoke with a recruiter on the phone, and that conversation went well overall. He was enthusiastic about my experience and my potential fit for this role. A couple days later, I got an email request for a panel interview from a different recruiter. The panel included the hiring manager and other team members. They all were lukewarm at best about meeting with me. Ultimately, I got a rejection email a day later. The job is still posted more than a month after my interview, so I definitely question their hiring process and intent for filling the role.

Completed multiple interview rounds, including the final interview. The process seemed positive, but I never received a hiring decision or follow-up communication. A brief update or closure would have been appreciated.
