I had an initial discussion with the HR representative regarding the interview process and job expectations. During the conversation, certain details about the format and role structure were shared that I was not comfortable with. I followed up to clarify my concerns and expressed that I did not feel the format aligned with what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the conversation became tense, and I felt the response was unprofessional. The call ended abruptly. I recalled and no answer for that. The HR's(Preet) words were 'if you are not comfortable with this type of job, then what kind of job you are searching.' Candidates limits can not be decided by recruiters. I believe interview processes should allow space for open discussion and mutual clarity. Candidates should feel comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns without feeling dismissed. I hope the company can work on ensuring more constructive and respectful communication during candidate interactions.
