Applied through a college board website. Was contacted by an overhead recruiter and had an easy phone screen. Then I was put into contact to have a first round interview at the location of my choice. I interviewed in Nashville TN, and it was a very easy interview. Nothing to stressful.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
