Was called by woman of Indian descent from out of town so I knew two things were going to happen: 1) she would try to represent and submit me fora job that wasn't really for me; 2) she would insist on me giving ber my birthday (not year) and last fiour digits of Social Security number for discriminatory purposes. I was not disappointed. This position was beneath me and not one I would seek out myself yet it was for one the FANG corporations so I listend and sure enough she asked me for the screening info above and I refused to give io her and she disappeared and I do not expect to hear back from her. I refused because they are discriminating against older workers (I'm in my 40s). Do not believe them when they claim it's for a special database. That's a lie. This is illegal and I intend to file a complaint with proper authorities. And truth be told, I used to give this information only to never hear from them again.
