I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Collabera in Dec 2021
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me and I decided that I was interested in the role. We never scheduled a time and he called me right around noon, when I was trying to prepare lunch. One of my biggest pet peeves is when recruiters call out of the blue and don't schedule a time to talk. And then he asked me if I played any sports in highschool? Not sure what that had to do with anything but it was really frustrating and unprofessional. Then, he told me he wanted to bring me in for an interview and I never heard back from him again.
Positive experience
Easy interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Collabera (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Three round interview process. First one, on the phone with a corporate recruiter. Second one, On the phone with your reporting manager. Third one, a face to face with the reporting manager and the national account manager. During the phone screening with the corporate recruiter they are basically seeing if you can hold a conversation and what you know about working with people and building relationships. The second one with your reporting manager is to get a jist of your personality and experience and your interest level. The third interview with the NAM and Reporting manager you have a very traditional interview.
