Collabware interview questions

One interview with CEO. Short, around 20min. Thought I answered the questions quite well and felt we had a good conversation so was a bit surprised when I didn’t pass the first interview stage. So I asked for feedback and was ghosted. Very poor process when candidates who request feedback are not even given the opportunity to hear why they were not successful. This market is very small so it is very important to treat all candidates who interview with the upmost respect.
