The interview will be held in a decent Air conditioned room but he will make sure to not to show you the actual work-space till you accept the offer.
Many promises will be made like shares, flexible work timings etc. which is nothing but a sham.
If you are ready to pay some amount or work for free for three months then the jobs is yours.
You'll also be asked to bring your marks card on Joining date for "verification purpose" which later turns out to be "We'll keep it safe in the company". No acknowledgement will be given. Major red flag while we have to work for free for first three months.
Many lies will be fed to you during the Interview.
You'll be promised incentives every month based on your performance which is nothing but a "Scam"
